Domestic Shipping:
- We offer shipping anywhere in India. Estimated delivery time would be 0 - 7 working days. Orders received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
- We use the best courier services and expect your orders to be delivered to you within reasonable time. However if there is a delay, please contact us so that we can track with the courier and help you to get your product.
General Scenario
- In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Athachi Sons Private Ltd (Deera.in) has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Athachi Sons Private Ltd (Deera.in) and accept the decision of Athachi Sons Private Ltd (Deera.in) regarding the cancellation.
Cancellation of Order by Athachi Sons Private Ltd (Deera.in)
- Athachi Sons Private Ltd (Deera.in) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Athachi Sons Private Ltd (Deera.in) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
Returns & Refunds
- Return Policy: All products are dispatched on “Non-returnable” basis. Returns will be entertained only if there is damage / loss of product during the delivery. In such case, please get a certificate from the courier company and contact our customer care who will assist you in giving refund or replacement of the product.
- If the package is intact and still you find shortage inside the package, then also contact our customer care who will assist you in giving refund or replacement of the product after verifying the authenticity of the complaint
- Refund, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased.
- For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode.
- All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
- We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may be damaged during transit
• or there might be a manufacturing defect
• or that a wrong item is delivered to you
- In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
- To get a refund or replacement, email us at info@athachi.com your Order Number and the Reason for replacement/refund. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
- If the replacement item is not available, we will try to give the customer best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of the customer will be final.
If the customer has paid, 100% refund will be given if the product is not available or the product is not shipped.
You Agree and Confirm
- That in the event any product delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination on account of a mistake by you (e.g. providing the wrong name or address or other incorrect/misleading information), any additional costs incurred by the Company for re-delivery of the product(s) shall be borne by you
- We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to make delivery of your order if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
- You agree to use the services provided by the Company for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using/accessing and transacting on the site.
- You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where any information is requested of you. The Company reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time.
- If at any time, the information provided by you is found to be false or inaccurate (wholly or partly), the Company shall have the right in its sole discretion to reject registration, cancel all orders, and debar you from using its services and other affiliated services in the future without any prior intimation whatsoever, and without any liability to you.
- You are accessing the services made available by the Company and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgement before entering any transaction through the site.
- Before placing an order, you acknowledged to have checked and reviewed the product description carefully and in sufficient detail. By placing an order on the site, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description without exception.
- Notwithstanding the right of the Company on cancellation of the order, any Product in the order may be replaced by the Company in case of unavailability or for other reasons outside the control of the Company, subject to you may refuse to accept such replacement/substitute product. For such cancellations, the Company will refund the payment of the order/product, if any, made by you under the relevant order within 72 hours.
